The Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy foods, and referrals to other community programs. WIC families include women who are pregnant or have recently had a baby, infants and children up to five years of age. Fargo WIC has an IBCLC on staff and all nutritionists have experience in supporting the breastfeeding dyad. To check eligibility go to: https://www.health.nd.gov/prevention/wic/WIC-Eligibility.
