- Billings Baby Bistro is a mom-to-mom breastfeeding support group that meets the 1st Wednesday of each month from 11am-noon in the Story Tower located inside the children's area of the Billings Public Library. All meetings are facilitated by lactation specialists from the Billings Breastfeeding Coalition.
