- I offer a wide variety of lactation services in-home or in-office. The Lactation Lodge is located in the heart of Granby, CT and overlooks a a beautiful lake. This is a down-to-earth setting with relaxing nature sounds surrounding it and uses 100% natural light during the day which helps with the earth! I have created a nurturing space for my families to come, relax, restart, and regain confidence. I have been a Women's Health Nurse for 14 years and a Lactation Consultant for over 5 years. I have been a birthing doula and prenatal yoga instructor in my lifetime prior to my nursing career. While I ventured in my nursing career I did Ob, Gyn, Labor, Delivery (Including Cesareans)and postpartum care. I brreastfed both of my children for 2.5 years and each journey came with ups, downs, benefits, and challenges. I just got settled in Connecticut after serving the birth community for 14 years in Central Florida! I have a review base on my google profile for references.
