- Kate DiMarco Ruck IBCLC will be operating out of Ocean City, NJ during the summer months only. Home Visits offered within 30 minutes of Ocean City Virtual Visits offered anytime. Kate DiMarco Ruck BA IBCLC is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant providing breastfeeding and chestfeeding support to families in the New York Metro Area. She teaches prenatal lactation classes and has extensive experience working with parents struggling with low milk supply, pain, positioning, latch issues, slow weight gain, oversupply, blocked ducts, IGT, Hypoplasia, breastfeeding after breast surgery, return-to-work and other lactation challenges. Kate works closely with parents to develop a comprehensive and supportive lactation plan. Kate has studied and works with some of the leaders in the lactation community. She has volunteered internationally within refugee communities, providing necessary breastfeeding support and aid during emergency situations. She is an active participant in the local, national and international lactation community. Kate is continually attending professional conferences and trainings to keep up with the evolving field of human lactation in order to provide the best possible care for her clients.
