- As a clinician and a mom, I have a passion for helping families with their speech, feeding, pre/post-frenectomy bodywork, and orofacial myology needs. Here at Beaumont Therapy, we specialize in oral function evaluations and treatment for all ages with a focus on infant feeding and lactation support. Our role in the evaluation and treatment process for breastfeeding challenges includes assessing for structural and functional issues that can interfere with effective feeding, such as ankyloglossia ("tongue ties", oral restrictions, or "tethered oral tissues"), supporting treatment planning, and helping to guide the referral and pre/post-frenectomy care process. I am particularly committed to minimizing caregiver and infant stress, supporting secure and loving attachment, and preventing oral aversions. We are in network with many insurances for both infant feeding and lactation support, offer a variety of individual and group classes, and provide OT, PT, SLP, craniosacral and myofascial release therapies (CST/MFR), and lactation support in both our Cold Spring and St. Cloud Clinic locations.
