- As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) based in Worcester County, I serve Shrewsbury, Worcester, and all the surrounding towns within a 20-mile radius in Central Massachusetts. I offer expert, non-judgmental support and solutions for a variety of breastfeeding challenges, including latching and positioning, nipple damage, painful nipples and latch, tongue tie and oral restrictions, poor milk transfer and weight gain, weighted feeds, clogged ducts, and comfort measures for engorgement and mastitis. As an immigrant from India, I specialize in providing culturally competent support to all diverse families, including South Asian breastfeeding families, ensuring services that are mindful and respectful of their unique needs. I provide both virtual and in-home services, addressing issues such as pumping, transitioning back to work, supply issues, overactive and fast letdown, formula feeding, weaning, and re-lactation. Additionally, I offer comprehensive prenatal breastfeeding education to help you prepare for a successful breastfeeding journey.
