Breastfeeding is beautiful, AND it is incredibly challenging for many of us. I am passionate about supporting families to help them reach their individual feeding goals. I have worked with hundreds of families as a lactation counselor in private practice, running support groups, and as a hospital-based lactation educator. My own breastfeeding journeys were anything but straightforward. Tongue ties, pain, weight gain anxiety, exclusive pumping, combo feeding, I’ve done it all! I know how hard you are working. I specialize in simplifying feeding plans for even the trickiest babies, prioritizing parents' mental health first and foremost. A few things I know are true. I believe that you are the perfect parent for your baby. That you are innately capable. And that with time, help, and lots of grace, the parent your child needs will meet the parent you thought you’d be. Co-owner of Maine Mother + Company, a perinatal resource center in Brunswick.
