- Judy is an experienced (IBCLC) lactation consultant and an RN-labor & delivery nurse, childbirth educator, doula, post-birth home care & support with flexibility to be available to help as needed. Secure, on-line lactation appointments available via telehealth since moving from the Newburyport area in summer of 2021. Insurance companies are currently allowing & covering cost of virtual IBCLC appointments during the State of Emergency due to Covid-19 outbreak. Check with your Ins. co, to confirm.
