- Champions for Children is proud to operate 9 Baby Cafes in the Tampa Bay area - 6 in Hillsborough County and 3 in Pinellas County. All of our services, including our IBCLCs, are free of charge. We also provide education and support to families who are expecting a child via our prenatal classes led by certified specialists, covering topics from what to expect during labor and delivery to preparing to breastfeed or to be a first-time mom or dad. After a new baby arrives, our International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants are here to support infant feeding goals and help manage any infant feeding challenges.
