- We offer bedside consultations for infants and mothers in our Mother/Baby Unit, NlCU, PICU and Children's Hospital of Georgia Pediatric floors. Breastfeeding help is available during routine well-baby visits for general breastfeeding support and for mothers and infants experiencing difficult latch, poor weight gain, painful breastfeeding, low milk supply and other concerns. In addition, consult prenatal appointments for mothers who have a history of breastfeeding difficulties, are expecting multiples or adoptive mothers considering induction of lactation are available.
