- Melanated Maternal Support is a fact and evidence based lactation service that is dedicated to addressing the infant and mother mortality rate within the black community, and all other marginalized communities. I am the owner, Kimberly Webb. I am a CLC working on my board certification, but I have decided to start my private practice in the meantime. I offer lactation counseling and classes for lactating parents and support spouses and family member alike.
